The professional's rate plus a 9% service fee, capped at $40 a shift. No subscription, no placement fee, and if you later hire your temp full time, the conversion fee is $0. The all-in price is on the screen before you post, so the invoice is never a surprise. See rates.
Who fills the shifts?
Hygienists, dental assistants, EFDAs, front office pros, office managers, and dentists working in the Denver metro. Licensed roles are checked against the Colorado DORA registry before their first booking, and every account is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
How fast does a posted shift move?
Offers go out by text the moment you post, best matches first, and reach every eligible professional within about 40 minutes. Shifts starting inside 24 hours move on a compressed 8-minute cycle. First to accept is booked, and you get a confirmation text. Read a shift, minute by minute.
When do professionals get paid?
After the office approves the timesheet, which happens automatically after 24 hours of silence, the payout goes out as a standard bank transfer that lands in about two business days. Instant payout is available for a 1.5% fee. Professionals work as independent contractors and keep 100% of their posted rate.
What if the office cancels late?
A cancellation inside four hours of the start time owes the professional a four-hour minimum at the booked rate. Nobody rearranges a day for free.
What if a professional cancels or no-shows?
Every professional carries a reliability score: completed shifts build it, late cancellations and no-shows sink it fast. Three strikes inside 60 days suspends the account automatically. If your booked pro cancels, the shift re-enters matching immediately and offers go back out by text.
